How can I pay for an activity?

Our payment system is hosted on a secure network. Information is not stored for any marketing purposes or passed on to third parties. We are bound by the terms and conditions to manage allinformation that is provided to us.
How do I book an activity for more than one person?
After selecting your possible travel dates you allocate how many people you wish to book for. We will book the ticket under the lead passengers name only.
What happens if I need to reschedule my booking?
If for any reason you need to change your booking, you will need to speak directly to the Tour Company. All details of the Tour Provider will be on your eVoucher. You can also call us for their contact details if need be on +61 3 9639 6057.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you are unable to attend an activity on the confirmed date and time you selected you should immediately contact the Tour Provider who will do their best to reschedule the activity.

Friendly Travel accepts no responsibility for refund or exchange should you be unable to attend a re-scheduled activity. In all cases an administration fee of 20% of the total cost will be deducted from any possible refund.
What happens if there is bad weather on the scheduled activity date?
In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, mechanical failure etc. the Tour Company may reschedule the activity date. They will contact you to rearrange a suitable date. It is important that you provide as many accurate contact details as possible so that these arrangements can be made.
What happens once I have booked my activity?
Once you have booked your activity, we will email you an eVoucher as confirmation with the Tour Provider’s contact details and further information about your activity.
